Ya ampun


Ampun deh rasanya gak bergairah banget......i think i was okay an hour before, but suddenly a headache and soulache maybe mentalache kali ya hitting me......hhhh...................actually I was just arrived this morning from LA...so I think still have an effect from LA jetlag....that 16 hours time differences...hhh........but maybe its because im lonely here, maybe also because i heard something that spoil................hhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.................i dont like it, makes me dont care about anything........i just need to follow the rule, and do what i sud do, thats it. think nothing. damn. im so stressful, ya i know that.......*thx God at least i realize what i am feeling. STRESS.

(A)Physical

- Break projects down into smaller parts
- Pace yourself
- Learn to delegate
- Ask for help when necessary
- Allow yourself a feeling of satisfaction when you achieve something
- Allow time for rest, relaxation, physical exercise and enjoyment of life
- Take pleasure in everyday activities at work and at home
- Express feelings and emotions
- Talk to colleague, friend or relative about problems
- Smile and laugh
- Learn yoga, tai chi, meditation techniques
- Eat fresh foods and avoid drinking too much coffee or tea
- Cut down on drinking and smoking
- Be assertive
- Learn to say "NO"
